Common questions

How do I restore Drape Pro?

Open Drape, go to the Bigger cup screen and tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe.

Still not showing? Check Settings › your name › Subscriptions to confirm the subscription is active, then try Restore again on a stable connection.

I got a new iPhone. Where is my closet?

Drape has no account and no server, so your closet lives only in the app on your phone. To bring it across, set up the new iPhone from a backup or with direct transfer from the old one, which normally carries app data with it.

If you deleted Drape or set up the new phone as new, we can’t recover the closet: we never had a copy.

The camera won’t open.

Go to Settings › Drape and turn on Camera, then try again. Drape uses the camera only to photograph garments, and cuts them out on your phone.

The cones show no weather.

Drape needs approximate location and an internet connection to fetch the forecast from MET Norway. Go to Settings › Drape › Location and allow it while using the app.

Your closet and outfits still work without it; the cones just go without a forecast.

Saving an image to Photos doesn’t work.

Drape asks for add-only Photos access, just for saving an image you choose. Go to Settings › Drape › Photos and allow adding photos.

How do I add the widget?

Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget. Search for Drape, pick a size and tap Add Widget. It shows the outfit you scooped for today. If it looks out of date, open Drape once to refresh it.

I hit 30 items.

The free closet holds 30 items. Delete pieces you no longer wear, or move up to Drape Pro for unlimited items.

How do I cancel my subscription or trial?

Open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Drape and tap Cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends to avoid the next charge. Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your data

  • One item: open it in your closet and delete it.
  • Everything: delete the Drape app. That erases its photos, cutouts, outfits and lists from your iPhone. Old device backups may still hold a copy until you remove them.

Nothing is stored on our side, so there is nothing else to delete. The privacy policy has the details.

System requirements

  • iPhone with iOS 26 or later.
  • An internet connection only for the weather forecast.
  • Android version in development. Drape is coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.

When you write

Tell us your iPhone model, iOS version and what you tapped before it went wrong. A screenshot helps. Please don’t send photos of your clothes unless you want to; we don’t need them.
